No Problem – You may return any order for any reason within 14 days, and for a limited time only we will offer free returns. The product(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and in good saleable condition. Goods returned that have been used or damaged will not be refunded. This will not affect your statutory rights.

For a limited period we are able to offer free returns, so please notify us at and we can arrange collection. Please package the box as it was delivered.

If you arrange your own return Rudds cannot be held responsible for any items lost in transit.

As our rubber is formulated to resist natural abrasive chemicals found in urine and manure, Riding Rudds have a 12-Month Non-Split and Manufacturing Defect Guarantee from the date of purchase. Should your wellies split within 12 months of purchase or develop another fault, simply return for replacement. If we cannot replace we will refund.

Please return clean and free from potential biohazards so we can address the fault with a valid proof of purchase.

Our guarantee does not cover wear and tear damage such as rips, tears, burns or improper fitting/sizing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
