Rudds Wellies offer a range of delivery options when purchasing from our website, so please choose the one that best suits your personal needs.

Standard Delivery: to most mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service, delivered within 2-4 working days
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours (Monday to Saturday in UK)
  • Select Standard Delivery at Checkout
  • Orders placed with free delivery before 3pm are shipped next business day

Express Delivery: to most mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland

  • Fast Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service, delivered within 1-2 business days
  • Delivery is Monday to Friday during business hours
  • Select Express Delivery at Checkout
  • Express orders placed before 11am are shipped same day, business days only

Offshore/EU:

Unfortunately, EU and worldwide shipping have been subject to significant increases.

Please note, deliveries Offshore/EU Member states cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

  • Zone 2 (3 days) Austria, Denmark £20.00
  • Zone 3 (4 days) Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain £23.00

  • Other Eurozone £23.00

Rest of World:

Please note, deliveries to Rest of World cannot be made to PO Box addresses.

Shipment Tracking

  • Upon dispatch of the Product(s) you will be sent a Shipment Confirmation email
  • You can track shipment of your Products by clicking on the “Track My Order” link in the Shipping Confirmation email. Please note such links will direct you to the courier’s website, which is not controlled by us

Please note:

  • It is our aim to deliver within the allocated times, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to public holidays, weather conditions and other factors out of our control
  • We will be unable to change the delivery address on orders after Checkout
  • If there is no one at the indicated nominated delivery address who can accept delivery of Products, the carrier will leave a notification card in your mailbox
  • Title to and risk of loss to your Product(s) will pass to you once you take possession of the Products
  • If a product(s) is out of stock you will be advised by return. We will not charge your payment card if the goods are not in stock, except for pre-orders.
